About 2048.fun
What is 2048?
2048 is an addictive number puzzle game where you slide numbered tiles on a grid to combine them and create larger numbers. The goal is to reach the target tile (typically 2048, but customizable) by merging tiles with the same number.
This game is based on the popular 2048 game created by Italian web developer Gabriele Cirulli in March 2014. 2048 itself was inspired by earlier games like Veewo Studio's 1024 and the paid game Threes! by Asher Vollmer, Greg Wohlwend, and Jimmy Hinson.
Game Features
- Multiple Grid Sizes: Play on 4x4, 5x5, 6x6, or 7x7 grids

- Undo Function: Undo your last move if you make a mistake

The History of 2048 and Its Variants
Gabriele Cirulli created 2048 as a free, open-source web game in March 2014. The game quickly became viral, spreading across the internet and inspiring countless variations.
The core mechanic of sliding tiles and merging matching numbers proved to be incredibly addictive. Since 2048's release, developers have created many variants with different themes, grid sizes, and mechanics. This 2048 version offers players more flexibility with customizable grid sizes and target tiles.
